Chilli & Tequila
had an awesome night last night, although bits of it were painful and made me wonder whether i'd live to see the next day.Met up with the chilli gang + some new comers (total 11 people) at Strathfield. It was our third Chilli Night and definitely the chilliest. After the first piece of the chicken i was asking myself why i was in the chilli gang when i can't really take chilli. maybe it's cos i equated "chilli" with "spicy". After the second piece of the chicken, i was coughing, crying and blowing my noise. Didn't care that water, according to others, makes it all worse, or why the water they gave us seemed like it came from a rusted pipe, i became full on polydipsic. Think after my show of weakness this time, i maybe kicked out of the chilli gang... please, please, don't kick me out! i just like FOOD in general! (can't believe vicky still thought it wasn't hot enough!)
Afterwards, went to epping club. more ppl came & it was good company! some ppl had several drinks buti really couldn't tell. I had my first tequila ever. Can't really say how it tasted cos it just went down too quickly. when someone mentioned dancing, i pretended that i was out of it, but it didn't work. so went down to do some demo of voluntary chorea. tis was soso. I was glad that the alcohol didn't go to my head, although everyone was very concerned and kept asking how i was feeling. (thanks ppl!) At the end i tried to prove that i was ok, but falied miserably by saying "1+3 = 5, oh no, 4" WHAT was i thinking!?! well, at least i found out that i don't have aldehyde dehydrogenous deficiency cos i didn't get all flushed.
The night was really a farewell for Ernie who's leaving sydney today. Have a safe 7 months in spore, mate!
